British Airways New Orleans Route Launch

We created an experiential campaign to help British Airways raise awareness about their first nonstop route between New Orleans and London Heathrow. The design starred a series of sculptures featuring cut-outs of iconic bits of London culture. The sculptures were stretegically placed beside key New Orleans’ landmarks to create photo-ops that connected both cities.

Visitors were encouraged to interact with the installation via a photo competition, in which using the hashtag #BAlovesNOLA, could win them a free round-trip flight. 

The campaign excelled in its mission to engage with its audience, generating over 6.6 million media impressions from users. It’s success carried through to additional route launches in Nashville and the Bay area.
